Coaches

Blissful Retreats partners with coaches, facilitators, and wellness professionals who want to host intimate, high-quality retreats without managing venues, logistics, or operations.

We offer three retreat formats:

  • On-site Retreats – fully hosted at curated locations
  • Off-site Retreats – join guests at alternate locations or partner spaces
  • Virtual Retreats – fully online immersive experiences

This partnership is ideal for those who:

  • Have an established practice or engaged audience
  • Value integrity, care, and intentional retreat experiences
  • Want to focus on their clients and content while partnering on infrastructure and delivery

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, supported way to bring your retreat vision to life, you’re in the right place.

Our approach is rooted in holistic wellness, supporting mind, body, spirit, and soul. We believe that intentional retreats can transform both guests and coaches, fostering growth, clarity, and connection in every experience.

Blissful Retreats is built to support coaches—not manage them. We provide the retreat infrastructure, on-site coordination, and guest experience so you can focus on what you do best: holding space, teaching, and serving your clients.

This is a partnership grounded in:

  • Clear roles
  • Transparent communication
  • Shared respect for the retreat experience

We work best with coaches who value professionalism, care, and aligned collaboration.

Blissful Retreats provides:

  • Curated retreat venue and on-site support
  • Guest logistics, booking structure, and retreat operations
  • Retreat experience coordination from arrival to departure
  • Marketing promotional materials and guidance

The Coach provides:

  • Retreat concept, content, and facilitation
  • Promotion to their audience
  • Presence and leadership throughout the retreat

Coaches may lead On-site, Off-site, or Virtual retreats, depending on their expertise and audience.

Together, we create an intentional, well-supported experience for guests—without placing the operational burden on the coach.

We support your marketing efforts with:

  • Retreat teasers and positioning language
  • Clear booking structure and timelines
  • Collaboration on messaging as needed

You remain the voice of your retreat. We provide support—not scripts or pressure.

Blissful Retreats operates on a shared-revenue partnership model:

  • Blissful Retreats sets a retreat experience fee that covers venue, operations, and on-site support.
  • Coaches set their own program price based on their offering and audience.

Guests book through a clear structure that separates the retreat experience from the coaching program. Financial details, including expected upfront investments, are shared after inquiry and before commitment, so expectations are clear on both sides.

Upfront Investments for Coaches

Coaches partnering with Blissful Retreats may incur a few upfront investments, primarily to secure their retreat and prepare their program:

  • Program Preparation Fee – covers your time and expertise designing your retreat content.
  • Retreat Deposit / Venue Contribution – a portion of the cost to reserve the venue and ensure on-site operations.
  • Optional Materials or Administrative Costs – minimal, rare, and clearly communicated in advance.

All other retreat operations, guest logistics, and marketing support are handled by Blissful Retreats.

Do I need a large audience to host a retreat?

No. We prioritize alignment and readiness over follower count.

Is there an upfront cost to the coach?

Yes. Coaches are responsible for certain upfront investments, primarily to secure their retreat and prepare their program:

  • Program Preparation Fee – your content creation and curriculum
  • Retreat Deposit / Venue Contribution – securing the venue and on-site logistics
  • Optional Materials or Administrative Costs – minimal, rare, clearly communicated

Full financial details are provided after inquiry and before commitment.

Who handles guest logistics?

Blissful Retreats manages retreat logistics and on-site coordination.

When do I receive financial details?
