Founder & Heart of Blissful Retreats

Blissful Retreats began with a simple longing—for connection. After months of virtual meetings with a close-knit coaching community, I felt a deep pull to bring those online connections into real life. I’ve always had a knack for seeing a need and finding a way to fill it, so I earned my Event Planning Certification and put that instinct into action.

Hosting that first in-person gathering at a beautiful property was transformative. The laughter, growth, and genuine joy of meeting face-to-face sparked something in me—and I knew I wanted to keep creating spaces where people could rediscover their own sense of bliss. To me, bliss is the moment someone rediscovers their spark—the best version of themselves—supported by nature, community, and meaningful connection. That moment became the foundation of Blissful Retreats.

I’m fun-loving, a little silly at times, and serious when it matters. You’ll often find me on a pickleball court, walking in nature, experimenting with a new soup recipe, or chasing a little adventure—whether that’s indoor skydiving, kayaking, or a spontaneous road trip. I’m most myself when surrounded by good people, good energy, and laughter that lingers.

Before creating Blissful Retreats, I spent over 30 years as a nurse — supporting special needs children, individuals in recovery from addiction, and clients with Alzheimer’s through end-of-life care. Those experiences shaped my belief in compassionate spaces, thoughtful care, and environments that truly support healing and growth.

Today, I bring that same care and intention into every retreat—designing experiences that honor the whole person. Blissful Retreats is about creating moments that help you rediscover your rhythm and remember how good it feels to simply be.

If you’re seeking more than a getaway—if you’re ready for a retreat that honors the whole of who you are — you’re in the right place.

Our Approach

Our approach is built on four universal human pillars—Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul—ensuring each retreat is not only inspiring, but integrated, sustainable, and truly impactful.

Mind

Creates intentional space for reflection, reframing outdated narratives, expanding perspective, and strengthening mental tools that support long-term growth and resilience.

Body

Grounds participants through movement, rest, nourishment, and sensory awareness—restoring balance and supporting nervous system regulation.

Spirit

Reconnects individuals to something larger than themselves through community, creativity, nature, and shared inspiration.

Soul

Addresses identity, purpose, inner truth, and core values helping participants realign with who they are and what truly matters.

Together, these four pillars form a proven framework for whole-person transformation—not just a temporary retreat experience.
