    How is the virtual retreat different from the in-person retreat?

    You’ll experience the heart of the retreat through live workshops, interactive activities, and community connections, without lodging, meals, or travel. Some activities are livestreamed, and all presentations are recorded so you can revisit them anytime.

    No special software is required. Most sessions use a standard web browser or Zoom. Detailed instructions and links will be emailed prior to the retreat.

    What if I have tech issues during the retreat?

    We provide limited support via email. You’ll also have access to recordings so you won’t miss important content if technical issues arise.

    Scheduling Questions

    How do time zones work?
    • U.S. participants: Most sessions are live, matching the in-person schedule. Recordings are available if you miss a session.
    • European participants: Evening sessions from the U.S. are recorded for viewing the next morning. Many presentations align with late afternoon or early evening, and select sessions are livestreamed to create real-time engagement.
    What if I can’t join live?

    All presentations are recorded. You can watch at your convenience, ensuring you stay in step with the retreat even if schedules don’t perfectly align.

    Participation Questions

    Are all activities mandatory?

    No. Each activity is optional. We encourage participation, but you may step away or take breaks whenever needed.

    Will I interact with other participants?

    Yes! There are group discussions, breakout rooms, and interactive exercises built into the schedule. You can engage as much or as little as you like.

    Can I share the materials with others?

    Materials are for registered participants only. Sharing outside the retreat is not permitted.

    Meals & Wellbeing

    Are meals provided?

    No. Virtual participants are responsible for their own meals. We provide guidance using the Palm–Fist–Thumb method, a simple approach to balanced eating.

    Can I do the retreat if I have limited mobility or health concerns?

    Absolutely. All sessions include options to adapt activities to your comfort and ability.

    Recording & Extras

    Can I purchase recordings?

    Yes. All sessions are available to registered participants, and recordings are included in the package. You can revisit workshops and exercises anytime.

    Will I receive retreat materials?

    Yes. Worksheets, guided exercises, and other retreat resources are sent via email before the retreat. You may use them digitally or print them out.
