Refund Policy

 We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we do our best to accommodate them. Refunds will be granted if cancellation is requested in writing at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date, minus a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable, but we are happy to transfer your spot to another person of your choosing. In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. Please note that we are not responsible for travel expenses, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance. 

Acceptable Behavior and Community Guidelines Policy

 Our retreat is designed to be a safe, supportive, and respectful space for all participants. We expect all guests to treat others with kindness, consideration, and an open mind. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. The use of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited. Participants are responsible for their own belongings, personal boundaries, and respectful participation in group activities. Violation of these guidelines may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

Additional Disclaimers & Policies

COVID-19 & Illness Policy
For the safety and comfort of all participants, we ask that you refrain from attending if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any contagious illness within 5 days of the retreat start date. If you test positive for COVID-19 or are feeling unwell before the retreat, please contact us immediately — we can discuss options such as transferring your spot to a future retreat or another person. We may require proof of a negative COVID-19 test depending on current health guidelines. The organizers reserve the right to send home any participant displaying symptoms of contagious illness during the retreat without refund, to protect the well-being of all attendees.

Health & Wellness

This retreat may involve physical activity such as yoga, hiking, or movement workshops. By attending, you confirm you are physically able to participate and do so at your own risk. Please consult your physician before attending if you have any concerns.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the organizers in writing before the retreat begins.

Travel & Weather

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by travel issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Assumption of Risk

By attending, you agree to hold the retreat organizers harmless for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
