Rather than a rigid hour-by-hour agenda, our retreat follows a natural daily rhythm that balances guided experiences with spacious time for rest, reflection, and choice. Each day unfolds with intention, allowing you to engage fully while honoring your own pace.

Onsite FAQs & What to Bring
Arrival & Check-In
Check-in opens during the designated arrival window. Please plan to arrive within this time so we can welcome you properly and begin together. Upon arrival, you’ll receive your welcome packet with your room assignment, retreat schedule, and any materials needed for the weekend.
Rooming & Beds
Accommodations include primarily single beds, with some queen beds available for couples or shared arrangements. Room and bed assignments are thoughtfully made in advance and will be included in your welcome packet. If you have specific needs or concerns, please let us know prior to arrival.
Meals & Dietary Needs
All meals are provided during the retreat. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when notified in advance. Snacks, tea, coffee, and water are available throughout the day.
Clothing & Comfort
Dress comfortably and casually. Layers are encouraged, as indoor and outdoor temperatures may vary. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking, movement, or outdoor time.
Sessions & Activities
Your retreat includes a blend of guided sessions, workshops, reflection time, and optional activities. Participation is always encouraged, never required. You are welcome to engage at your own pace and honor what feels right for you.
Quiet Time & Rest Spaces
There are designated quiet areas throughout the retreat space for rest, journaling, or reflection. Please be mindful of others’ need for silence and personal space in these areas.
Internet & Connectivity
Wi-Fi is available in common areas, though connectivity may be limited in guest rooms. This retreat is designed to support presence and restoration, so we invite you to disconnect from devices as much as you’re able.
Alcohol, Smoking & Substances
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in clearly marked outdoor spaces. Recreational drugs and alcohol are not permitted.
Health, Safety & Accessibility
First aid supplies and emergency contact information are available onsite. Please inform staff at check-in of any medical conditions, mobility considerations, or support needs so we can best support you.
Pets & Service Animals
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome; please notify us in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Depending on the location, amenities may include meditation spaces, outdoor areas, walking paths, pools, spas, or shared lounges. Specific amenities will be outlined in your welcome packet.
Photography & Privacy
Photography may take place in common areas. Please be respectful of others’ privacy and always ask permission before taking photos that include other guests.
Transportation & Parking
Onsite parking is available. If shuttle transportation is provided, details will be included in your welcome email and welcome packet.
Late Arrivals, Early Departures & Schedule Changes
If you anticipate arriving late or departing early, please let us know in advance. While we encourage full participation, we understand that plans may change.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in your registration confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Check-Out
Check-out time will be shared in your welcome packet. Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability.
